Position Overview:


We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Campaign Specialist to join our Custom Campaign Pod. This team focuses on personalized, high-impact outreach campaigns targeted at potential clients in Europe, the United States, and Canada through cold email and cold calling. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of sales experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute customized campaigns, think on their feet to handle objections, and use persuasive communication to engage and convert leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute targeted, personalized sales campaigns for potential clients in Europe, the US, and Canada, focusing on cold email and cold calling strategies.
  • Conduct thorough research on target companies and industry trends to customize outreach and qualify leads effectively.
  • Handle objections confidently, using strong problem-solving and quick-thinking skills to build rapport and keep engagement.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to manage outreach, track engagement, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually refine messaging, approaches, and campaign strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.


Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with a strong focus on outbound campaigns, cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing personalized campaigns for international markets (Europe, US, and Canada).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated persuasion abilities and an ability to craft compelling, customized messages.
  • Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred) for outreach management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during conversations, using persuasive skills to convert leads.


Preferred:


  • Exposure to digital disruptive technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, data analytics) is an added advantage.
  • Existing network of contacts in target regions is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
