Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and creating engaging content for social media promotions. Strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually captivating designs and graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, emailers, and webinar collateral.
- Create and edit video content to support webinars, promotional materials, and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to turn creative briefs into visually compelling designs and video assets.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering innovative and creative solutions for promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in the brand’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with close attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video content, and social media marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in design, video editing, and social media projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in creating digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and marketing promotions.
- A creative mindset with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry.
